Owner and founder Alex grew up surrounded by the sounds of construction. As early as ten years old, he was walking residential and commercial job sites alongside his father, who owned a successful construction company. That early exposure laid the foundation for what would eventually become

QS Construction.

While attending The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), Alex juggled his studies, worked with his father, and served as a personal trainer at a local gym. During his time as a trainer, his clients quickly learned about his background in construction and began seeking his advice on home improvement projects. What started as casual conversations turned into job opportunities, and soon Alex found himself managing a growing client base.

This momentum led to the official launch of QS Construction.

Eager to broaden his expertise, Alex transitioned into commercial construction, taking on the role of Construction Project Manager for a major healthcare company with a combined portfolio exceeding $15 million. The knowledge and experience gained from both residential and commercial sectors fueled his passion and ultimately inspired him to dedicate himself full-time to

QS Construction.
